Bedouin Spirit Holiday Tour itinerary  

Day 1Aqaba

Arrive in Aqaba and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Aqaba – Wadi Araba

In the morning, we’ll drive through the beautiful landscape of the Araba desert, then walk through the desert for a while and have lunch before continuing to a small oasis where we will camp.

Day 3: Wadi Araba – Petra
After breakfast, we’ll explore more of Wadi Araba’s water springs sand dunes by jeep. Afterwards, we’ll vist Siq al Barid and Little Petra, finishing at our camp in Petra.

Day 4: Petra

Explore Petra at will.  Entering through the Siq canyon, you’ll come upon the wondrous Treasury (al Khazneh), then you can wander round the central ruins or climb to the Monastery or mountain-top altars for spectacular views of the surrounding  peaks, valleys and canyons below. We will return to the hotel in the evening.

Day 5: Petra

The morning is free for you to explore Petra on your own. In the afternoon we will go back to the hotel in petra

Day 6: Wadi Rum

drive to Wadi Rum, through the vast parched landscape, passing the black ‘beit ash shar’ tents of the Bedouin.  In Wadi Rum, you’ll explore the desert in a 4×4, before visiting a Bedouin encampment for the night.

Day 7:  Wadi Rum – Aqaba

Further exploration of Wadi Rum by camel and jeep, then Transfer to Aqaba, where you have free time to relax or snorkel amongst the colorful coral reefs.

Day 8:  Aqaba Airport

Transfer to Aqaba Airport for departure.

Prices

Prices are quoted in US dollars per person and are valid until September 2014.

Prices for Children

  • Children under 2 are free of charge.(sharing parent bed )
  • Children aged from 2 to 5 pay 25% of the adult price.(sharing parent bed )
  • Children aged from 6 to 11 pay 50% of the adult price.(sharing parent bed )
  • Children 12 and over pay the full adult price.

Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

The booking will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 25%, or, during the Christmas and New Year holidays, a deposit of 50%. This deposit is part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by wire transfer or through Western Union.

Jordan  Entry Visas

To enter Jordan, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your scheduled departure date. Visas can be obtained in advance from the Jordanian Consulate in your country of origin, or upon arrival at a Jordanian airport for USD 30. Please check for any special conditions attaching to your nationality beforehand.

Tipping

It is customary in Jordan to express satisfaction and gratitude for good service by giving a tip. A tip is much appreciated by guides, drivers, cleaning staff, etc., but tipping is not obligatory and the amount given is up to the tipper’s discretion.
